This relish is less solid than most. But quite chunky. Which is good - nice to have less in the way of thickening agents.. Because it tastes really good - the flavour shines through. And happily for me, it is mild. Win win.
These were presents for overseas family. Love the packaging and the flavours. Appreciate the lack of preservatives and all natural ingredients.
My Keating delivery finally arrived. Aust Post were obviously reluctant to let this spectacular parcel go. The contents really live up to the box. Can't do much heat, so the 'star' system is perfect. The bbq punk sauce is delicious, great depth of flavour, as is the mello rello relish. Somehow just a hint of warmth. Absolutely to my taste. Great for gifting too. If I can spare any. More obviously needed !

One of the OG's of the Keating and Co. line in mayo form. The sweetness, the spice, the flavours, the balance. Yet again, another gang buster from these legends.
Used it in a cajun sanga on the weekend, and took me to flavourtown. Can't wait to get another!!
