The Reaper took us quite sometime to nail. We were really looking for a Carolina Reaper Sauce which was not absolutley insane, would not burn your face off or ruin your meal. But a Reaper sauce that could hold a lot of flavour. The answer to this was The Queen Garnet Plum.

Best served with white meat. Duck, Turkey and Chicken. Also an amazing sauce for Dumplings.

Oh Carolina!

Whenever I eat this sauce I find myself singing 'Oh Carolina' by Shaggy. Is it possible to get a keg of this stuff? Love the artwork too!

Delivers on heat and flavour

Good heat on this sauce, but the flavour is what makes this one of the best hot sauces in my opinion. Just goes so well with just about anything, and adds something different.

this is the hot sauce I've been waiting for my whole life. such a good blend of sweet and spicy. my favourite hot sauce ever, tastes so good on chicken with some paprika!
